We are now recruiting retired nursing officers with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to join the ProLabs Team as part timer.

Job Description:

To manage the reception daily, perform phlebotomy and attend to various administrative as well as clerical tasks.

Responsibilities:

• To receive patients/visitors at the front desk
• To perform phlebotomy and collect other lab samples
• Manage incoming phone calls and emails
• Maintain and update relevant office filing system and inventories
• Prepare and verify accounts receivables and accounts payable records
• Maintain an organized and clean workspace

Working Hours:

• 06:30-10:30 (Depending on availability)

Skills & Qualifications:

• Competent in phlebotomy
• Be fluent in both French and English (verbal and written)
• Computer literate and proficiency in Microsoft office
• Professional customer oriented attitude
• Resourceful and proactive in organisational skills
• Multitasking and time-management skills

Salary:
