MEDICAL LABORATORY ASSISTANTS
LIVING IN THE REGIONS OF BOUNDARY, COROMANDEL, FLACQ, BEAU BASSIN, ROSE HILL

Prolabs Medical Laboratory is now recruiting dynamic and proactive candidates living in the regions of Boundary, Coromandel, Flacq, Beau Bassin, Rose Hill to join its Team as Medical Laboratory assistants. 

Job Description:

To manage the reception daily, perform phlebotomy and attend to various administrative as well as clerical tasks.

Qualification:

Minimum SC
Certificate/Diploma in Healthcare with experience in phlebotomy will be an advantage.

Salary will commensurate with skills and experience.

Duties:

• Welcome patients/visitors at the front desk
• Maintain good standards at reception area
• Perform phlebotomy
• Manage incoming phone calls and emails
• Maintain daily cash book
• Maintain and update relevant office filing system and inventories
• Perform any cognate duties related to the duties of a laboratory assistant

Skills and Qualities:

• Be fluent in both French and English (Good written and spoken skills)
• Computer literate
• Professional customer oriented attitude
• Resourceful and proactive in organizational skills
• Multitasking and time-management skills
